BRE - Brevi-MAXX E
Strainrite's Brevi-MAXX series of pleated filter cartridges offer a compact-size cartridge filter for smaller applications. Nearly all of our standard cartridge filter media, including membranes (PES polyethersulfone membrane, charged nylon, PTFE membrane and more) and pre-filtration materials (including polypropylene and glass fiber) can be placed into this 2.25" diameter configuration. This is an ideal format for smaller batches, lower flow rates, and smaller footprint compared to other traditional cartridges.

Product Overview
The Brevi-MAXX BRE cartridge combines polyethersulfone membrane media with the compact, low-hold-up Brevi-MAXX platform. Available in retention ratings from 0.04 to 1.2 µm, BRE provides a flexible choice for fine liquid filtration in pilot-scale, point-of-use, small-batch, and compact OEM systems.
BRE is the only Brevi-MAXX medium offered in a sterilizing-grade configuration. Integrity-tested sterilizing-grade cartridges are available for processes requiring documented membrane performance, while FDA, and pharmaceutical-grade versions support a wider range of regulated-process requirements. A gamma-irradiated option is also available for BRE cartridges.
